Our health is the most important aspect of our lives and is one of the most neglected by the masses.  We all want to live to a ripe old age in good health.  Well, you cannot achieve that goal unless you look after your body. 
     The easiest and believe it or not the cheapest way to begin is to eat organic foods.  You might say that is easy, but its not cheap.  Think about how much healthier your body will be after eating organic. Fewer trips to the doctor, and less prescription drugs.  Not so many days missed from work and the energy you need to put in some extra time if it were necessary.  Sounds like a much cheaper existence than all that time spent at the MD's, if you ask me.
    This brings me to the next aspect.  This one is REALLY scary for many.
    Throw away your regular doctor and find a naturopath. A medical doctor is trained to prescribe drugs and antibiotics which cover up symptoms rather than heal them.  A medical Dr has no idea that good nutrition = good health.  An MD believes that you get sick because you are unlucky.  A medical Dr. gets a week or so training in nutrition. And the rest of the time being taught what symptoms belong to what disease and how to diagnose them.  Then the medical Dr. get's told by the pharmaceutical salesman that his drug will alleviate the symptom.
    A naturopath has a lot more training in health and diet, and is able to offer natural remedies for you that will get down to the root of the problem, not just mask it with pain killers.   A Naturopath takes the entire body and it's systems into account when making a diagnosis and treats the entire body.  A good naturopath doesn't use drugs or surgery.
    It usually takes longer the natural way but it is WAY worth it in the end.   After all, How long have you poisoned your body?  How long have you been feeding it nutritional deficient foods?  20, 30, 40 years?  It's quite amazing when someone first goes to a naturopath looking for relief without drugs or surgery says after a weeks worth of treatment that it doesn't work.   Folks - it took years to get the way you are..  It may take more than a week to get over it - DON'TCHA THINK?
    If you have pain that is unbearable - and unremovable via natural methods - then by all means take an over the counter pain killer or whatever you need to get comfortable.  But you are just adding to the plethora of poisons you have already put into your body.  But only take them for as long as you NEED to.  And Maintain the healthy eating that a naturopath sets out for you.  For pain... your better off with a Willowbark tea.

    I will tell you right now that a pharmaceutical company has NO interest in curing you. Whether your Dr. knows it or not.  MD's are trained by the pharmaceutical industry to tout their wares.  Yes, there are cases where MD's shine.  Trauma or ER medicine, Setting a broken bone, hooking up electronic devices to MAYBE figure out what's wrong with you. (mis-diagnoses count for thousands of deaths in North America every year) But aside from that..  Traditional (natural)  therapies have worked for THOUSANDS of years so why change what works.   Mainly because the Pharmaceutical companies are REQUIRED BY LAW to earn a profit for their investors.  How do they do that?  By selling more drugs.  If they were to let you know what the cures for all these diseases are, that would go against the mandate of the Pharmakia industry to ensure a profit for their shareholders because they would sell less drugs.  Don't believe me?  how about number 1 best selling author Kevin Trudeau.  Read his book, "Natural Cures THEY don't want you to know about." Your eyes will be opened wide.

I find it very interesting that our Creator states very clearly that pharmakia is prohibited and we ought to NOT practice it.  He even states that if we DO practice this pharmakia, that we will surely die.  Yet our medical mafia states that nutrition has nothing to do with health.  I believe that anyone who states this is an idiot that cannot think logically. 

I will say the Dr's are coming to their senses.  Not the medical cartel, but SOME Dr's.  Some are even jeopardizing their Medical licenses (a license is permission to do something unlawful - pharmakia is unlawful)  and telling their patients to eat a more healthy diet and exercise regularly.  Bet you didn't know it was a crime to be a Dr.  Bet you also didn't know it was against medical doctrine to prescribe organic fruits and vegetables along with exercise.
