Energy. An interesting thing. We cannot create it. We cannot destroy it. Albert said that. You know, that Einstein guy. He has this thory, E=MC Squared thing and has given us all some cuase for thought. Energy equals Mass times the Speed of Light Squared.
Does this not mean that everything on our little blue ball, nay, everything in the universe is made of energy. We only think of energy as a power that is "created" when some magnets are passed by some wire windings. Yet energy exists everywhere. You and I are made of energy. Energy is. It is all of everything. The best part about it is we can manipulate it. Even down to the quantum level, we are connected via the entanglement theory. When you think about Albert's theory along with entanglement, it only makes sense. If everything is moving at the sub atomic level (scientific fact) then there would be some kind of "bond" there no matter how small. Like I said, interesting.
We have harnessed it in many ways and used it to our advantage. And to our disadvantage. Advantage - the work that is possible because of our ability to control the movement of electrons Electricity helps us live an easier life. Disadvantage - The damage that can be done because of our ability to control the movement of electrons. Nuclear bomb. The devastation and fallout from one is a killer to both people and planet. And it can go on for decades after because of radio active fallout being tilled into the soil. Yet the same Nuclear reaction powers many countries through out the world. We like to focus on the advantages.
Because we know that we can harness this energetic motion of electrons and are able to use it for bettering our lives, we have come to rely on it. And the more we use, the more we must produce. Since we have now learned that burning coal and other fossil fuels are not the way to go (too much pollution - it's killing us) we have been searching for ways to become more efficient at how electricity is generated. Some think that it's impossible to produce it any other way than the way we are. after all, You cannot get any more out than you put in, right? That is what we are taught in school and the scientists of today know is to be true because of all the book learning they got at the college or university. Then there's the experiments they run that show that you definitely cannot get out any more than is put in. I say that you cannot get out any more than what is available. All we need to do is come up with a way to excite these molecules in such a manner that they are willing to do more than is asked. While coming up with ultra efficient devices that help us use the energy we CAN harness right now much more efficiently.
For instance, Korea just built an artificial sun. See our tech blog for more info on that.
A guy in Australia has come up with a 1 Kw generator where the only energy put in is from the initial winding up to speed. After that it works with a capacitive discharge electro magnetic sequence that is timed to use the electromagnetic fields to our advantage. Keep the unit spinning and produce 1000 watts to use. We are coming up with new ways to produce it and more efficient ways to use it. The Tesla Roadster. An all electric, 185 MPH 250 mile range sports car. The Zenn low speed electric car.
Our society in North America is driven by energy. I don't think we could cope without it. And there are some places where it is dangerous to be without it. Here in Canada for one. If the electricity goes out in the middle of February, how do we heat our homes? How do we cook our food? Ok, we know it won't spoil because it will all be FROZEN! Some of us heat and cook by other means so that isn't a factor, but for most folks in a city... If power goes out for more than a week, it can be devastating.
So we could all empower ourselves both literally and spiritually to be the generator of our own energy. After all, if E=MC squared is right ( so far so good) and the Quantum Theory of Entanglement is right (so far so good) then we can harness energy in ways never thought of before. Many are telling science to take a flying leap and are doing it anyway. I have heard and viewed video and news clips (soon to be checking first hand) of devices giving up to a 5:1 out over power in.
There are plenty of devices out there. A genset is one. Why not switch it to run on propane or hydrogen. In Europe there is a methane powered fuel cell. 1 Kw and NO noise. And even some others that haven't been released to the public. Some have but were met with fierce consequences from the government and other regulatory bodies. We don't hear too much about it. When we do hear, it's only from a few tidbits on local TV news and country papers. It doesn't ever seem to hit international or even National major media.
When GM killed the electric car, they stated it was a very bad business model. That the economics of the vehicle didn't make any sense. I agree with them. If GM sold the EV1 vehicles, everyone would buy one. Then the local gas station would close (or adapt), the auto parts store would close (or start carrying new inventory) the oil change and lube pits would no longer be necessary. It would indeed be a HUGE impact on our economy. I believe it would be a change for the better, but some people are afraid that if we make these changes, their lifestyle will change and that might cause suffering. General Motors also stopped making the 283 Cubic Inch V-8 engine because it was too reliable. It didn't make economic sense to continue making them, so they quit.
When we put our minds to work. We create an energy thought pattern. When there are several working on a similar solution, the entanglement theory comes into play and it has to come up somewhere. I believe there are a few who are on the right track. With Tidal, wind and solar (THE ONLY true energy source), along with magnetics and new storage mediums that are coming to market, we are well on our way to becoming energy independent. Where each home or community is producing their own energy.
Will there ever be "free" energy? No. Never. There will always have to be some work performed to channel the energy you require to where you need it. It will never be free. But that doesn't mean we cannot come up with new ways to extract all the energy that is available. If we can have some other permanent forces do some of the work then we don't have to put as much energy in to take advantage of all that is available.
It's starting to happen. I look forward to the future.
Abundance for all.

 | What is this? It is a Jatropha Plantation. From what I have found out, it can be the answer to the bio-diesel challenge facing many countries. This is a tree that produces the most oil for biofuel feedstock there is. AND they don't have to compete with foodstock for land to grow on. The seeds produce 55% by weight of oil for use in the Bio-fuel market, thus giving us a neutral carbon footprint - as if it matters - . The biggest thing is - when you burn it... There are zero sulfur dioxides and the particulate emission is 95% less than conventional petroleum derived diesel. Gotta love that!!!
The Good Lord puts things on this planet for us to discover and use. In order to be a good steward such as is commanded of us - either by a supreme creator, or just your plain old common sense, we must use things that are less damaging to our atmosphere. Because if we put it into our atmosphere, we have to breathe it. Do you want to breathe Sulfur Dioxide? Neither do I. So We are promoting the use of this tree. So much so, that we have added this tree and it's growth, in numbers and in size, to our list of good alternatives.
Jatropha. You'll be hearing much more about this in the future.
